  2. Master claims the status of being the standard by which strategic computer
  3. wargames will be judged.  There are many wargames on the macintosh, but
  4. none of them, commercial, shareware or public domain can equal the level
  5. of pure addictive fun delivered by Empire Master.

  7. Empire Master is no shoot-em-up arcade game.  You challenge the computer,
  8. or a friend, on equal terms in an unknown world.  As the game progresses
  9. your challenge shifts from exploring the world to managing the production
  10. and placement of your forces, to finally a direct confrontation with your
  11. equally determined adversary.

  14. people.  Known addicts include company presidents, computer scientists,

  16. to buy Empire Master.  While Empire Master provides an intellectual challenge
  17. to anyone, the graphical interface and carefully chosen set of commands
  18. make it easy to play.  Unlike most games the trivial bothersome details
  19. will be handled automatically by the computer.
